Renowned colorist and stylist Matthew Dillard has worked behind the chair for the past seven years. In that time, he has become a master of his craft, training with some of the top color companies in the world such as Loreal, Redken, Goldwell and Schwarzkopf. His training has allowed him to be considered a true master colorist...someone who not only has a vast knowledge of color, but who can bring color to life.

Matthew's cutting abilities have a lot of the same approach. He has attended numerous educational programs including Vidal Sassoon Academy, Toni and Guy and others, which have helped him polish and refine his cutting techniques.
